The Dzongkhag Administration, Mongar inaugurated the Rain Water Harvesting system for 23 HHs as well as a Lhakhang at Dungkhar in Jurmey Geog on September 16, 2023. A primary feature of this initiative is the installation of the Bio Sand filtration system, enabling residents to safely drink harvested rainwater post-filtration. This endeavor is part of the water flagship project, funded at a total of N. 5.00 million.
