The Third Dzongkhag Tshogdu (DT) for the Third Local Government was conducted on 29.05.2023. The session began with the Zhugdrel Phuensum Tshogpa and offering of Marchang Ceremony followed by opening remarks by DT Thridzin. The DT session was observed by Dasho Dzongdag, Lam Neten, Dzongrab, Drangpon, Regional Heads, Sector Heads and Gewog Administrative Officers.
Apart from the financial progress report for the FY 2022-2023 and the budget proposal for FY 2023-2024 by the Finance Section, the session also discussed various issues submitted by the Gewog Tshogdes.
