The BCSR Amendment Consultation Meeting for Monggar Dzongkhag happened today at Monggar Dzong. A team led by Hon'ble Commissioner Dasho Dhanapati Mishra from RCSC presented the Draft BCSR 2023 in order to acquaint civil servants and draw clarity on the proposed key amendments. The participants of the meeting actively engaged in Q and A, sharing feedback, making suggestions and raising pertinent concerns.
The meeting was attended by Dasho Dzongdag Dasho Dzongrab, Regional and Sector Heads and HR and Accounts staff from the Dzongkhag and the regional offices.
The BCSR 2023 is scheduled to come into effect on 17th December 2023.
