The Monggar Dzongkhag Administration welcomes another new member to the family: Mr. Kinley Tshering, Civil Engineer who joined the Dzongkhag today upon his appointment from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. He graduated from College of Science and Technology(CST) and was previously attached with the Ministry before joining the Dzongkhag. The Dzongkhag extends a hearty welcome.
