The 4th Dzongkhag Tshogdu (DT) of the Third Local Government was conducted for two days on 21.08.2023 to 22.08.2023. DT Thridzin and Dasho Dzongdag were received by few LG Members. The session began with the Zhugdrel Phuensum Tshogpa and offering of Marchang Ceremony followed by opening remarks by DT Thridzin. The DT session was observed by Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Drangpon, Dasho Dzongrab, Dasho OC, Regional Heads, Sector Heads and Gewog Administrative Officers.
Apart from the presentation on annual capital grant and apportionment of budget among the sectors for the FY 2023-2024 by the Finance Section, the session also discussed various issues submitted by the Gewog Tshogdes.
