This is to inform all the registered voters under the Monggar Dzongkhag, eligible for the postal ballot under Section 331 of the Election Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, 2008, to register for the postal ballot facility for the upcoming National Assembly Elections, 2023-24. The duly completed form (Form link below) has to be submitted to the Human Resource Officer (HRO) or the Administration/Management Agency/Administration. The relevant registration forms, namely, Postal Ballot Form No. 1A for in-country.
