The three-day 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 for Agriculture successfully concluded today at Hotel Namgay Jorphel. The meeting, organized for the Dzongkhag Agriculture Sector, was graced by the Hon’ble Dasho Dzongdag during its closing session. The session emphasized strengthening the “3Cs” — Coordination, Collaboration, and Communication — in alignment with the Enlightened Entrepreneurial Bureaucracy 10X vision. The primary objectives included enhancing inter-sectoral synergy, improving information flow, and streamlining service delivery. Dasho Dzongdag also highlighted the visionary Gelephu Mindfulness City during his remarks.
The meeting served as a platform to align the Dzongkhag’s work plan with the priorities of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the goals of the Commercial Agriculture and Resilient Livelihoods Enhancement Programme (CARLEP). Gewog Extension officials participated to review progress, address field challenges, and develop an implementation plan for the IFAD-CARLEP project through December.
The event was funded by CARLEP/IFAD.
