The Mongar Dzongkhag Administration is delighted to welcome back Mr. Tshering Wangdi, Dzongkhag Electoral Officer, following the successful completion of his two-year Masterโ€™s degree in Economics from the Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India. To mark his successful completion of studies, a simple Khadar ceremony and cake-cutting was held in the presence of the Dasho Dzongdag and sector heads.

The Dzongkhag Administration also warmly welcomed two Livestock Extension Supervisors. Mr. Passang Dorji, who previously served at the National Development Centre for Aquaculture in Gelephu, has been posted to Ngatshang RNR-EC, while Mr. Sangay Tenzin, who previously served at the Heifer Breeding Centre, Sertsem, under Lhuentse Dzongkhag, has been posted to Narang RNR-EC.

A Khadar ceremony was conducted in their honour, with Khadars formally presented by the Dasho Dzongdag in the presence of the CDLO and ADLO. Both officers were warmly welcomed, with sincere wishes for a fulfilling and successful tenure in their respective new places of posting.

Dasho encouraged the two officers to bring forward innovative ideas, share their perspectives, and take initiative in bringing about positive changes in their respective workplaces. He emphasized that rural postings should be embraced as valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth, learning, and meaningful service to the community. He also encouraged them to build experiences and memories that they can look back on with pride in the years to come.

The Mongar Dzongkhag Administration extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Tshering Wangdi on his successful completion of studies and wishes all three of them a happy, fulfilling, and successful journey ahead in their respective roles and places of posting.
