Mongar Dzongkhag celebrated 40th Birth anniversary of His Majesty Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck in Mongar public ground today. Thousands of local people and students attended the program.

As a part of disaster preparedness, a simulation exercise was conducted in Mongar Dzongkhag by the officials from Department of Disaster Management.

Mongar Rabday and Dzongkhag staff hosted the Lhadhar today morning.

The Dzongkhag Administration, Mongar conducted a simple promotion ceremony for the 10 officials on 1st January, 2020 corresponding to the ‘Happy New Year-2020’. A total of 10 officials received the promotion w.e.f Janaury 2020;

The civil servants working under Dzongkhag Administration, Mongar has been awarded the medals of dedication to the service by the Hon'ble Dasho Dzongda.

The 15 days long Basic entrepreneurship workshop ended today. The 40 youth participants were awarded merit certificate by Hon'ble Dasho Dzongrab.

The 7th Dzongkhag Tshogdu in Mongar has been conducted on 30th and 31st of October 2019.

A five days training (14th - 18th October, 2019) on skill development on crafting useful products from pet bottles and plastic wrappers ended today.

The Dzongkhag Administration, Mongar would like to extend our sincere appreciation and offer Trashi Delek to 71 (Seventy One) officials who were promoted to the next higher level position with effect from 1st July 2019.

The sixth Dzongkhag Tshogdu (DT) of the 2nd Local Government (LG) of Mongar Dzongkhag is being conducted on 16th and 17th day of the 04th Bhutanese calendar which falls on 18th and 19th June 2019.
