𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗻’𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗖𝗦𝗖

The Dzongkhag Administration warmly received the Hon’ble Chairperson of the Royal Civil Service Commission during the official visit to the Dzongkhag. The visit served as an important platform to engage with civil servants and discuss the evolving role of the civil service in strengthening good governance and public service delivery.

During the session, the Hon’ble Chairperson highlighted the Commission’s aspiration of building an ‘𝙀𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮,’ emphasizing the importance of fostering an innovative, responsive, and future-ready civil service. The Chairperson also spoke on the 𝗘𝟮𝗕𝟭𝟬𝗫 initiative and encouraged civil servants to work smarter and more efficiently by embracing innovation and the growing use of Artificial Intelligence technologies in the workplace.

Civil servants were updated on key reforms, institutional priorities, and strategic directions being undertaken by the Commission to further strengthen efficiency, leadership culture, accountability, and public service delivery across the country. The session underscored the importance of adaptability, professionalism, and collaboration in meeting the evolving needs of the people and the nation.

The Hon’ble Chairperson expressed sincere appreciation to all civil servants for their unwavering dedication, hard work, and committed service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. The engagement also provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction and open discussion, reinforcing a shared sense of responsibility and collective commitment towards achieving excellence in public service.
