Online Asset Declaration

It is to inform all civil servants under this Dzongkhag that Asset Declaration for 2010 will be done online w.e.f 1/02/2010 and complete by 31/03/2010. All declarants should submit their declarations within the given period to avoid the explanation calls and penalties as per the AD rules and regulations. All declarants are welcome to the Dzongkhag Administration to clarify their doubts about the online registration. Those who doesn't have internet access can submit in hard copies to the Mam Deokar, AD Administrator or Mr. Dorji Rinzin, ICT Officer within the given period.

Online Audit Clearance

This is to notify the satff under this Dzonkhag Administration that the audit clearance certificate will now be available online. Therefore, you are requested to contact ICT Officer for registration online when required. You are also requested to bring photocopy or scanned copy of ID Card.

Final Demonstration / Sensitization programme on Online Security Clearance Certificate

The Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs in collaboration with Department of Information and Technology & Telecom, MoIC has developed an online system for issuance of Security Clearance Certificate (SCC) to facilitate the general public in acquiring faster services in short period of time. Before the system is being officially launched, the team from MOHCA is conducting the final demonstration or sensitization programme nationwide for the dealing officials. In addition to this, they will also be providing the usernames and passwords. Therefore, all the Sector Heads, all 17 GAOs, SP or OC, Branch Manager and Credit Officer- BDFCL, RD-Regional Trade Office, Regional Transport Officer- Regional Transport Office are requested to attend the meeting on 12/06/2010 at 9 AM in DYT Hall without fail.
